Earnshaw Law Office is dedicated to providing high quality legal representation and guidance for our clients at a reasonable cost. We take the time to listen to our clients in order to understand their needs and concerns so that we can focus on what really matters. Our goal is to build long term relationships and to be a resource for our clients whenever they have legal needs. We look at each client individually and dedicate ourselves to earning each client’s trust and confidence by working hard, communicating, and being genuinely committed to our clients' best interests.
We are always upfront with our fees and provide many services on a flat-fee basis. For community association clients we provide collections and covenant enforcement services based on a structured fee schedule.
Our office is located in St. Augustine, Florida, and we serve clients throughout Northeast and Central Florida

Jeff focuses his practice on matters involving real property, small businesses, and community associations. He has extensive experience handling real estate and business transactions and has appeared in court throughout Northeast and Central Florida representing clients in legal disputes.
Jeff has been Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator.
Prior to attending law school, Jeff worked professionally for the YMCA and was the Camp Director at YMCA Camp Wewa in Apopka, Florida. He currently lives in St. Augustine with his wife and two young daughters. Jeff is active in his church and enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Gators.
Jeff is a fifth generation Floridian and has been certified as a Florida Pioneer Descendant by the Florida State Genealogical Society.
